BMP Precision Engineering is a leading specialist in manufacturing and supply of complex mechanical parts and components, sub-assemblies, jigs & fixtures and munitions tooling for Defence and Aerospace. Description BMP Precision Engineering (BMP) is an Australian precision part and component manufacturer located in Melbourne, Victoria. The business has over 28 years’ experience in manufacturing and supplying to a range of clients within Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Mining and Commercial Industries. The company employees 16 personnel with in-depth experience and expertise in Project Management, Quality, Drafting, Machining, Verification, Supply Chain and Administration. Our team of highly skilled trades people ensure delivering precision fit for purpose parts and components to our clients and are always looking to bolster our highly skilled workforce. Our core activities are CNC machining and Precision grinding and have a proven history of supplying into Australia’s Land & Air defence programs, ranging from small component manufacture through to sub- assemblies. Our current manufacturing outputs are complex jigs and fixtures, precision parts / components, airframe, drive ribs, skins, deep draw tooling, moulds, gauges, gears (rack and pinion), housings, electrical connectors etc. The business also has a unique capability in Repair and Overhaul and is currently working on Defence and Commercial Aerospace programs. To further enhance its capability, BMP works to AS9100D standards and holds accreditation ensuring its products are delivered with confidence.
