Our ARA Manufacture 7,300 M2 facility in Derrimut, Victoria has laser cutting, water jet cutting, turret punch, heavy break press capability and fabrication, blast & wet spray facilities as well as a state of the art powder coat facility. We are able to assist with clients designs through our inhouse designers and engineers and can also work to the highest quality and testing requirements. We have stock of varying grades and thicknesses of Bisalloy armour steel (along with other exotic steel types) and can cut, fold, fabricate and finish to client’s specific requirements. Our doors can also combine high security with fire ratings. ARA Manufacture have built a strong reputation for being able to provide a design, testing, manufacture and installation service for indoor rifle ranges. Not only can we provide ballistic wall linings and ballistic ceilings, our range of hinged and sliding doors to meet client specific requirements make us the leading company in this specialist area. We are also able to provide ballistic solutions to enable mechanical airflow without affecting ballistic protection or creating annoying whistling. No job is too small or large and we can supply and install throughout Australia / New Zealand and into the Pacific Islands. Our BSA High Security Glass production facility enables intruder, ballistic and blast rated glass of various pane sizes, glass make ups & test levels including Stanag level and blast up to 5000Kg of TNT. We have manufactured, supplied and often installed our BSA High Security glass to a range of Defence related projects including observation towers for firing ranges, guardhouses and control rooms and many other applications. In addition, our Sealeck medium and high security metal clad doors are manufactured at our Regency Park, South Australia factory. Our Sealeck Ultraguard metal clad (HMR board core) doorset is specified for the Class C Safe Storage application by T4 / ASIO, whilst our Sealeck Sentraguard (HMR board core either side of central re-enforced steel mesh) has been specified and used in the highest security applications within Australia from cell doors to perimeter doors.
